Research background
CJC-1295 without DAC — also known as Modified GRF (1-29) — is a shortened, stabilised analogue of growth-hormone-releasing hormone comprising the first 29 amino acids, with substitutions that resist enzymatic degradation. Without the albumin-binding DAC modification it has a much shorter half-life than its counterpart, which is why the two are studied separately: research comparing them typically concerns pulsatile versus sustained receptor signalling. Evidence is preclinical. Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder for laboratory research use only. Any context described above refers to published preclinical or in-vitro research — not to human or veterinary use.
