Research background
Ipamorelin is a synthetic pentapeptide that acts as a ghrelin-receptor (GHS-R) agonist. Its defining characteristic in the literature is selectivity: it stimulates growth-hormone release in models without the marked cortisol and prolactin changes seen with earlier secretagogues. Research examines Ipamorelin in growth-hormone-release signalling in cell and animal models, frequently as a comparator against less selective compounds in the same class. Evidence is preclinical. Research Use Only. Not for human or veterinary use.
Supplied as a lyophilised powder for laboratory research use only. Any context described above refers to published preclinical or in-vitro research — not to human or veterinary use.
